Procedure and content on complaints on services

  • Customers walk in or call to raise a complaint, the customer care officer log in via web-browser and register the complaint to MajiVoice. Customers can also send complaints directly to
  • Once entered , customer care reviews and forwards or closes complaint.
  • Customers receive feedback through a text message once the complaint has been resolved.

MPESA Payment

To Pay using M-PESA do the following:-

  1. Select Safaricom icon on your Phone
  2. Select Mpesa and press Pay Bill
  3. Enter our business No. 860100
  4. Enter your water account No.
  5. Enter Amount you wish to pay
  6. Enter your PIN and send
