On 28th September 2024, Thika Water and Sewerage Company Ltd. partnered with the Kiambu County Government and the Department of Water, Environment, Energy & Natural Resources – Kiambu County to commemorate World Clean Up Day under the theme, “Make Room for Life”. The event was part of the monthly cleanup campaign.
The initiative was inaugurated by Governor H.E (Dr.) Kimani Wamatangi and aimed to encourage the residents of Kiambu County to maintain a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment.
The collaboration between THIWASCO and Kiambu County creates a more powerful and effective platform for achieving a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment for all residents.
